RETURN POLICY?

I hope that you love all your purchases from Ninety-Three Boutique. However, I understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are UPS and USPS.

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email me at info@shopninetythree.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

SHIPPING

All orders placed after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday morning.
